5. In case of harmful gas poisoning accident, air should be sent to the accident site immediately, and the accident personnel should be transferred to a well ventilated place for artificial respiration. 6. In case of a traffic accident, the person in charge on site should immediately organize to rescue the injured, stop bleeding and give first aid. 7. When the water supply pipe is cut off, the nearest valve should be immediately closed and the water company's emergency repair team should be notified
